Diamond Overall Primer Filler Putty is heavily pigmented PVA based for surfaces preparation.

Recommended use:
To fill pores and imperfection of plaster, concrete and gypsum surfaces & give primer surface for final application. The product is easy to apply with brush and provides ideal finish for subsequent coat.

Surface Preparation:
All loose material including loose plaster, cement splashes, old paint, dust, dirt etc. must be thoroughly removed. New plaster / concrete must be fully cured.

Tips:
Handle with care. Stir the contents thoroughly and apply evenly.
