DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Female HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of HR experience and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and hiring processes
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with onboarding and employee coordination
Support day-to-day HR operations
Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
Requirements:
Female candidate
Minimum 6 months of HR experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and administrative abilities
