5- No change in the scope of work will be acceptable after approval of the proposal. In case of any changes in the scope of the work additional charges will apply.

6- Payment Terms: 100% Advance in start of each month.

7- The prices are valid for 15 days and are subject to change with the changes in the dollar price.
8- For continues on monthly basis services, a support contract agreement will be required.
